I combine a compassionate approach with clear communication and reliable results. You will always feel heard and understood in our sessions. I firmly believe that the more we understand ourselves, the more flexibility we have to make change in our lives.
Your success in therapy is heavily influenced by how well you feel listened to and accepted by your therapist. When we are working together, you are the most important person in the room and I will provide you with a space where you feel confident being able to share with me

We start with your goals, then use talk, play (for kids), or exercises to explore dynamics. Attachment-informed and psychodynamic elements uncover patterns, habits, and beliefs, along with new skills coaching for real-life practice. Sessions are collaborative, warm, and solutions-focused—no judgment.
With children and teens, I involve art making and games to help with regulation and self-expression. Sometimes we need to go for a walk or dance off the stress of the day. What matters most is that you feel better and more yourself at the end of the session!

Yes, telehealth is available province-wide (BC). Flexible scheduling for working parents, including evenings.

Absolutely. My research explores neurodivergence's impact on identity and meaning. I help kids build resilience, while supporting parents with understanding and communication. I incorporate both physical and creative interventions to keep neurodivergent children engaged and regulated. Bilingual/cross-cultural families welcome—my own background helps bridge those gaps.

Yes. I know that most people can’t afford to take time off of work to get to their therapy session. For that reason, I am available until 9pm Monday - Wednesday and until 3pm Thursday - Saturday.
