In-Person Counselling
In-person therapy offers a safe, private space where you can slow down and focus entirely on yourself. Sitting face-to-face with your therapist allows for deeper connection, attunement, and the comfort of being fully present in the same room. Many people find that the personal interaction, body language, and shared environment help create a sense of trust and grounding that supports the therapeutic process.

Online Counselling
Virtual counselling allows you to connect with your therapist from the comfort of your own home or another private space. Sessions take place through secure video or phone, making therapy more accessible and flexible for busy schedules. Many clients find that meeting online creates a convenient and comfortable way to receive support without sacrificing the depth and quality of the therapeutic relationship.

Groups
Group therapy brings together a small community of people who are navigating similar challenges, offering connection, support, and shared understanding. Guided by a therapist, the group becomes a safe space to practice new skills, share experiences, and gain perspective from others. Many people find that the sense of belonging and encouragement in group therapy can be just as powerful as individual sessions.

Life can sometimes feel like navigating rough waters, and it isn’t always easy to find your balance on your own. A boat’s keel doesn’t stop the winds or calm the waters, but it offers balance, stability, and the strength to move forward with purpose. In our sessions, I strive to be that steadying presence—a place where you are deeply seen and understood, and where together we can uncover insights and build resilience for the journey ahead.
